Embrace the Grape Club For your free Embrace the Grape Club card, Fill out the attached form and bring it to the store. We will give you the card and you will start getting special pricing on any wine or spirits purchase (beer excluded). The card will enable you to hear about special programs we will be presenting and some special purchases and tastings.
All cards are the property of Gomer's in Lee's Summit and must be surrendered upon request. There is no charge to obtain an Embrace the Grape Club Card and you must be 21 years or older to be a member. This card valid at Gomer's in Lee's Summit only and entitles the holder to certain privileges, rewards and benefits posted in the store, subject to city, county, state and federal regulations.
